We are seeking a dependable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only an excellent driver but also a customer service-oriented individual who will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

The Delivery Driver position is responsible for transporting meal orders in a safe and timely manner while also providing excellent customer service. A Delivery Driver is expected to continuously update their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies while also exerting great attention to detail in all aspects of the position’s essential duties. Delivery Drivers will also be responsible for packing meal orders into bags to prepare them for delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver meals to customers and business in a timely manner.
• Handle meals with care to prevent damage during transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing any delivery-related inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Use GPS and navigation tools to plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Complete delivery logs and paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift crates of up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
