SalarySummary: APA is a small but rapidly growing home Medical Equipment company that has been serving the Twin Cities community for over 50 years. We are seeking a teammate who can help get lift chairs, scooters, and other high-end products into clients’ hands. This person will be assigned a company van and a defined area to where they will be responsible for getting our clients what they need. You will need to be self-directed as you will be asked to manage your own delivery schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical supplies and equipment to customers
- Demonstrates and trains customers and caregivers on the proper use, care and safety of equipment purchased or rented
- Assemble equipment for orders in accordance with manufacturer’s assembly instructions.
- Pick up equipment when necessary
- Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate with any signatures required
- Notifies Customer Care of any comments or concerns and/or relays to management
- Maintains delivery/repair vehicle in clean and safe operating condition
- Follows all safety procedures as required
Requirements:
- Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma/GED
- Have a valid MN drivers’ license and a clean driving record
- Consistent track record of timeliness and attendance
- Ability to perform duties with integrity and consistent with company values
- A desire to work as part of a team
- Prior experience in customer service a plus
- Knowledge of metro area preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
