Position Overview:

Yellow Dream Farm is a fully vertical state of the art 30,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility based in Adelanto, CA. We are committed in growing boutique quality cannabis. Our ideal candidate will take pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer service while also ensuring a safe, accurate, efficient, friendly, and timely delivery. We are currently seeking a self-motivated Delivery Driver/brand ambassador who is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for every customer and will join our growing TEAM at Yellow Dream Farm under the Weel delivery division.

Responsibilites:

• Loading, packaging, transporting, and delivering items to clients in an accurate, safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Customer engagement, upselling our in-house brands
• Must adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportations laws.
• Communicate effectively with On-Site and Support Teams
• Use handheld device for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach
• Maintain full compliance with all Cannabis compliance laws and regulations
• Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
• Safeguard all company operating equipment
• Any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years
• All phones and electronics must be hands-free used in accordance with the laws of the road
• Previous Cannabis experienced preferred
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Ability to get in/out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your assigned shift
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to Detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience level:

• 2 years

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
