Our family owned company has been in business for nearly 100 years, providing premium dairy products to Iowa families. AE Dairy is looking for route Delivery Drivers to become valued members of our team. We are looking for drivers that want a long term career- not just a job!
- NO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL- SLEEP IN YOUR OWN BED @ HOME EVERY DAY!
- PROVIDES DELIVERY SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE WATERLOO, IOWA REGION.
- Business-to-Business Transactions ONLY
- Company provided uniforms
- Company provided safety shoes
- Well maintained, late model trucks
The AE Dairy Driver:
- Must have a valid and current Class A CDL
- Must demonstrate safe driving practices
- Must comply with all DOT Regulations and company policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product
- Must learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads
- Must prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles
- Must demonstrate customer-focused professionalism in all interactions with customers and the general public
- Must show enthusiasm for and commitment to the AE Brand
Compensation plans:
- DAILY WAGE GUARANTEES. EXCELLENT COMMISSION STRUCTURE.
- FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT
