Delivery Driver - Amazon Packages - $1K Performance Bonus

DEVIL DOG DELIVERY LLC (Position located in MADISON WI) with a $19.00 per hour starting wagewitha delivery area east of Madison. This is a FULL TIME and BENFITED position with the only DSP that has true upward mobility as we will be operating out of Kenosha WI and Madison WI with a three year contract.

Start Time is 10:40 am. We offer401k with Matching* and $5250 annual* education benefits start after 3 months foreligibleemployees.

A $1,000 Performance and Dependability bonus is available, request additional information at the interview.

We immediately pay for $25k in Life Insurance for all employees.

Devil Dog Delivery is looking to expand with new Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon Prime Packages. 10-hour shift start time.

DETAILS: Full and Part-Time opportunities available Starting compensation of $19 per hour – increases based on experience/performance etc for higher starting pay. Overtime – paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours per week

• Expect 4x 10-hour shifts per week
• Approximate start time 11 am
• All Delivery Associates will need to be available on standby to support when needed
• Full TimeDelivery Associates eligible for full health benefits, 401k with matching, and education benefits.
• Paid every two weeks. Also supported by ZayZoon for real time pay in emergencies.
• We are closed 4 days per year (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day)
• A Typical Day: Load Vans every morning (250-300+ packages based on area)

Deliver packages to houses, mobile home parks, apartments, and businesses. Meal and rest breaks are provided Mission completion, customer obsession, and being safe

• Must be able/willing to support rescue deliveries to help the team if needed
• RESPECT ALWAYS and PERFECT EFFORT is our expectation from us to you and you to us.Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license (cannot be probationary). Take a certified drug test (not testing THC). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (don’t worry – most packages are lighter than that!). Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190+ stops (in all types of weather). Must be able to walk up flights of stairs

• Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
• Must be available to work weekends and high volume seasons; additional shifts for peak seasons is a requirement.
• Complete an initial phone interview and subsequent in-person interview.
