Community Health Center Pharmacy Delivery Driver

Cardinal Health is looking for a highly motivated Delivery Driver to work for a company owned retail contract pharmacy. CHC Pharmacy in San Luis Obispo is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver prescriptions to pharmacy customers and collect payment. Must have personal transportation, mileage reimbursement will be provided
This position is located at San Luis Obispo - Casa CHC
Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Schedule: Part-time working 16 hours/week
Responsibilities

• Seeking a customer and detail-oriented individual
• Must provide excellent customer service
• Organize prescription delivery orders to ensure efficiency
• Must keep accurate monetary transaction records and customer signatures for each delivery
• Must be self-motivated and flexible to change
• Answers questions and handles requests according to policy
• Refers inquiries to the pharmacist

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent, preferred
• Customer service skills
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
• Previous experience with sales, register, and healthcare preferred
• A Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position. Covid-19 vaccination includes:
  • 2 doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine / 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine
  • 1 booster dose of the vaccine (Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, or Pfizer

Anticipated salary range: $16-$22/hour
