Delivery Driver

We are currently hiring for Delivery Drivers in Tampa area.

Blue Dog Delivery is an established family owned and operated business looking for Driver Associates to deliver FedEx Ground + Home Delivery packages to local residents and businesses. You will be equipped with new delivery vehicles and state of the art technology that creates and plans your daily delivery routes.

Benefits

Schedule

• Start time 8:00AM am to (4PM -6PM)
• Operates 7 days per week. Flexible work schedules available but must work one weekend day per week.
• Additional workdays offered during Peak Season

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Great communication skills and a willingness to help others
• Individual time management and daily experience using a smartphone
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, around 150 stops per day
• Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions.
• Completion of all assigned delivery and pickup stops for the day.
• Maintain security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.
• Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
• Delivering packages to the destination
• Scanning and Logging Packages

Requirements:

• Background Check (Employer Paid)
• Drug test (Employer Paid)
• Driving Record Check (Employer Paid)
• DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Employer Paid)
• 21 years of age or older
• Able to lift 150 lbs
• Be able to learn and follow all of FedEx's delivery procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150.00 - $170.00 per day
