In-order for an applicant to be eligible to work for us, FedEx Ground requires applicants to be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, be authorized to work in the United States, pass a motor vehicle report, criminal background check, DOT Physical, and drug screening all of which will be verified by a third-party screening company called First Advantage.

Your Role

As a key member of our delivery team, you’ll:

• Ensure Safe & Efficient Deliveries: Operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers safely and efficiently.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver products with a smile, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Keep Accurate Records: Manage delivery documentation, including proof of delivery.
• Vehicle Care: Inspect and maintain your delivery vehicle, keeping it in top condition.
• Be Our Brand Ambassador: Represent MJB CORP with pride and professionalism on every delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Record: Must have a clean driving slate.
• Customer Service Savvy: Friendly, professional, and ready to help.
• Physically Fit: Able to handle the physical aspects of loading/unloading.
• Navigation Skills: Know your way around local roads.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for details, especially with time management.

Skills We Admire

• Experience in moving, loading/unloading
• Previous roles as a Delivery Driver, courier, or similar
• Familiarity with box trucks, step vans, and other delivery vehicles

Pay: $21.17 - $23.06 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 50 per week
