Amazon Delivery Associate
Delivery Drivers Needed in Baltimore Metropolitan location
Are you a highly motivated, independent, mature professional looking for immediate work with growth potential? Catalyst Consulting and Logistics, LLC is looking for delivery associates in the Metro Baltimore area to support our Delivery Service Partnership (DSP) with Amazon, delivering packages to residential homes, apartment complexes, and commercial businesses. Provided with a company van, uniform, cell phone and paid training, you can expect a consistent schedule, clear expectations, and ongoing team and management support. ~ What you bring to the table:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid state driver’s license with good record and authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work Saturday OR Sunday
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. (loading and unloading) without assistance, safely enter and exit van, walk up and down stairs, and remain on your feet for large portions of your shift.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) in English
- Commitment to safety, quality and company policies.
- Professionalism and Excellent customer service skills
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and meeting or exceeding objectives.
- Commitment to proactive correspondence throughout the day with management.
- Applicant must consent to a drug screen.
- Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone
Preferred:
- Some college credits
- Previous Driving and/or Delivery experience
- Strong sense of direction
- Ability to understand and effectively utilize handheld devices to assist with each delivery (paid training provided).
- Ability to follow a schedule, including multiple routes and varying instructions.
