Delivery Dispatcher

We are seeking an Experienced Delivery Dispatcher to provide support to our team! This fast paced position is M-F, 7am-4pm. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Answering inbound telephone calls
• Providing excellent customer service
• Monitor driver status
• Scanning, filing, responding to emails
• Sending reports to management
• Checking out drivers

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch and office experience
• Experience in the transportation/delivery field
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Able to operate basic office equipment
• Must pass a background check and drug test
