Amini's Galleria has an IMMEDIATE opening for a full-time Delivery Coordinator. Prior retail sales experience is a plus, but not required. This is a motivating position with unlimited potential for personal and professional growth.

The ideal candidate has office and administrative experience with multitasking abilities, a joyful personality, excellent attention to detail, and comfortable with making and receiving phone calls. Must enjoy a fast-paced and fun work environment! We are looking for someone with a team mentality who will not shy away from a variety of work.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

· Audit pick list/rail list for loading delivery trucks

· Route multiple delivery trucks

· Schedule customer deliveries

· Receiving calls

· Customer claim processing

· Process completed delivery paperwork

· Other general office tasks

· Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and work independently

· Accounting and computer skills required

· Microsoft Office and Excel are used on a daily basis

· Retail experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
