Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for Customer Service driven Team Members who want to create a Best-In-Class experience for our Customers! In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Team as a Delivery Coordinator assisting Customers who have recently purchased vehicles. IF you are looking for an opportunity to grow into a Sales role, this position is for you!
Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:
The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for performing the following tasks:

• Assist Customers with setting up, and understanding their vehicle features.
• Ensure all vehicle equipment is present.
• Proactively prepare for all deliveries.
• Assist in Customer Satisfaction Surveys follow-up phone calls.
• Inspect inventory for accuracy.
• Restock inventory.

• Excellent communication, and Customer Service skills.
• Great computer/technology skills.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented.
