We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team.
Brief description of the vacancy
Deliver and receive products, etc. Inspect and assist in loading and/or unloading cargo. Obtain appropriate permits for all deliveries and exports. Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory. Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Deliver orders to customer location as directed.
Load the vehicle according to the planned delivery route. Vehicles must be loaded in such a way as to provide the best conditions for delivery/stopping.
Ensure that consignments received during the day are entered/received on the same day and related documents are forwarded to the correct departments.
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
Work without constant supervision when performing assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
