Delivery Associate-$19.75-Paid Weekly

JCW Services is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for Self Motivated, Enthusiastic, Reliable and most importantly Safety Focused Team Minded associates to deliver packages to our customers. As an Amazon Delivery Associate, we will work together to provide safe and fun experiences. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions with flexible 4 day on 3 day off schedules. Looking for PT? We also offer 1-3 Day schedules, weekends only, and 1 day weekends as well. Shifts range between 8-10 hours and start at 10:30 am to approximately 9pm. No CDL required and paid training available. We provide the van, uniform, fuel, and even the shoes.

Pay: $19.75+ per hour+ Benefits: Health, Dental, & Vision, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement. Paid OT during peak seasons. WEEKLY PAY.

All Delivery Drivers must:

• Be 21 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety
• Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (CDL) is not required)
• Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less
• Be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Have a clean driving record
• Be available to work weekdays, weekends and SOME holidays

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle up to 200 times per day, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually
• Perform route rescues to assist other team members when required for business needs
• You can expect to work about 3-4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that they are complete and the customer is 100% satisfied
• Provide unmatched customer service consistent with the core values of JCW SERVICES and Amazon
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
• Have a positive, can-do attitude!!
• Complete your route on your own in its entirety.
• Follow state regulated driving rules; stop signs, seatbelt, traffic light, and distracted driving offenses are not acceptable.
