Deli/Bakery Team Leader

The Bakery/Deli Department Manager is responsible for the exceptional execution of Customer Service by the entire Team. They are responsible for profit margin, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards. They will ensure that all Team Members receive the proper training to meet the expectations. They will give and receive feedback that fosters growth, and delivers on execution.
