Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive Business: Working with team develop new items for deli case, meals to go, catering, and café team.
- Manage all food production: Working with the team you’ll coordinate all aspects of production at the various locations.
- Standard Bearer: Adjust and establish standards at multiple locations, ensure staff is properly trained and able to perform their duties. Ensuring staff is trained in proper procedures.
- Budgeting and Long-term Planning: Manage and maintain budgets- COGs, labor, etc. Assess food service business and spending, and find areas for improvement. Conceptualize long-term plans for future growth.
- Develop team: Working with team attract, retain, and mentor team members.
- Customer service: Set the standard for customer service in the Food Service area, and provide every customer with an excellent experience.
- Teamwork – communicate with managers about departmental needs and upcoming projects including classes and on-site events. Coordinate with all other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- A passion for food – and an enthusiasm for customer service.
- 2+ years of relevant management experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Able to work well as part of the overall management team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Willingness to travel.
