As a Coordinator with the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team, you'll work with internal and external stakeholders to advance our DEI strategy and efforts. You'll conduct research, track best practices and serve as knowledge manager for the team. You'll assist with event planning and execution, message and materials development and will serve as an instrumental part of the team's overall operations. In this role, you'll build a strong foundation in effectively advancing global DEI goals and programs, partnering with Edelman colleagues at all levels across the global network.
$42,000 - $70,000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
