Deep City Brunch Server

We are looking for experienced servers to join our front of house staff. This is a great opportunity to work with a creative team in a fast paced and fun environment. Deep City will reopen in April as a brunch restaurant with service Friday - Monday from 8AM to 2PM.

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

● Greeting guests, taking orders, serving guests food and drink.

● Ringing orders into Toast POS, sending to kitchen, managing checks and payments

● Maintaining the table

● Mark, clear and reset according to pacing of the menu

● Cleaning and polishing ware

● Effectively communicating service irregularities to all

● Understanding of menu and being able to answer general questions

● Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant

● Performing opening and closing duties to standards required

● Completing regular deep cleaning of the restaurant

● Setting up and detailing dining room and stations to standards required

Skills & Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience

● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude

● Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

● Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback

● Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment

Physical Demands & Working Environment:

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours in a loud, fast paced, crowded space. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
