Overview
Radcliffe Jewelers is looking to add to their team of Dedicated Rolex Watch Client Advisors. The Dedicated Rolex Watch Client Advisor position requires excellent personal communication skills, a desire to work in an exclusive luxury environment, a seasoned knowledge of luxury goods (including high end timepieces, specifically Rolex), and the technical skills to operate our internal systems. Radcliffe is looking to add a driven professional who aims to succeed in a luxury environment while delivering the best experience to our clientele.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients through their journey of purchasing a Rolex Timepiece.
- Merchandising the showroom.
- Communicating with clients in-person, over the phone, or via email.
- Providing an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment.
- Collaboratively work within a team environment to provide elevated customer service to our clients.
Qualifications/ Skills:
· At least 2 years of previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry and high end Swiss watches; luxury hospitality environment; or luxury automobile dealerships
· Strong interpersonal skills
- In depth knowledge in high-end watches.
- Must be able to multi-task while still providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
- Must be able to work retail hours including weekends and some holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication while working within a team environment.
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong time-management, organized and detail oriented skills.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
