Dedicated Caller

```Duties```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent messaging and approach
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of technology sales or technical products is desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and build rapport with customers
- Comfortable with warm calling and making outbound sales calls

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.08 - $15.41 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
