Duties:
As a valuable asset to our health care team, your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch non-medical support and direct care to our residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assisting patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
- Administering prescribed medication to patients and monitoring vital signs.
- Documenting observations and reporting any changes in patient's conditions to our professional nursing staff.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment in accordance with each patient's needs.
- Promoting and supporting each patient's emotional and mental well-being by developing a positive, nurturing relationship.
- Assisting with any therapeutic treatments or routine exercises as outlined in the patient's care plan.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, we require the following:
- Proven ability to work in a team-centered environment.
- Strong observation, decision-making, and empathy skills.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding patient safety and privacy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proof of COVID vaccination.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
