JOB SUMMARY:
The Dedicated Account Leader position is a hybrid role consisting of three main responsibilities: fleet management of assigned Drivers, load planning, and customer service of assigned account(s). Dedicated Account Leaders manage key metrics of the business such as driver performance & retention, safety & compliance, and driver pay. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., DOT, Occupational Safety and Health Agency, etc.) and company policies to meet regulatory and internal audit compliance requirements.

Requirements
What makes this job right for you?
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Transportation and/or Logistics
- Prior experience as an Account or Customer Service Manager
- In-depth knowledge of dedicated transportation operations, FMCSA, and DOT regulations
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Demonstrated history of establishing positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the areas of dealing with ambiguity and change management
- Intermediate skill-level in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
