**Position Prerequisites:**
- COVID vaccination is required.
- You must own a spacious vehicle suitable for deliveries. Preferred options include minivans, transit vans, cargo vans, sprinter vans, and specific SUV models based on size and capacity.

**Position Details:**
- Job Type: Part-time, average of 3 working days per week.
- Delivery Operations Commence: 6:00 PM.
- Routes: R1 (Approx. 9 hours), R2 (Approx. 10-11 hours), R3 (Approx. 9 hours).
- Route End Time: When the route is completed.
- Drivers must return to the pharmacy after the last delivery to drop off empty containers and paperwork.
**Immediate Deliveries:**
- Prompt and efficient deliveries are a priority.
- Drivers are expected to stay "en route" until all deliveries are successfully completed.
**Compensation:**
- Pay is calculated per delivery.
- Route compensation includes an hourly rate of $21 for total time spent.
- Fuel reimbursement is included; no separate fuel charge.
**Payment Schedule:**
- Weekly payment schedule via direct deposit.
- Initial two weeks serve as a probationary period.
- First paycheck to be expected at the end of the third week, on a Friday.
