Hours:

Compensation:
- $22-24/hr
(Depending on your experience)
Duties include:
- The Assistant Production Supervisor will assist the Production Supervisor in the daily coordination & while leading all daily activities of interior door production personnel. This position will provide planning for, direction to, and will control available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe manufacturing of interior doors. In addition, this position is responsible for the quality, accuracy and amount of production generated by team members.
Requirements include:
- Ensure all work is preformed according to approved procedures, standards, and specifications for door manufacturing operations.
- Coach the production team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadlines and updates,
- Lead activities of Door Manufacturing production employees and support personnel engaged in production.
- Comly with all OSHA safety requirements.
- Assign job tasks to employees according to manufacturing schedules.
- Ensure proper maintenance of facility, manufacturing equipment, forklift equipment, and handling supplies.
Required experience:
- Minimum of two years’ production experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Steel toes required
