Debt Collections/ Debt Relief Customer Service Representative

Relintex is seeking an energetic Collections / Customer Service Representative who is a self-starter and has a passion for helping people.

The CSR is responsible for providing current clients updates about the status of their Debt Settlement Program, reaching out to clients to get approvals for settlement agreements, and responding to all other inquiries from current clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls of current clients and provide update about their debt settlement program
• Make outbound calls to current clients to resolve Customer Service tasks
• Respond to service voicemails, emails, and text messages.
• Assist with getting approvals from clients regarding settlements
• Update client accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Debt Collections / Debt Settlement

Schedule:Multiple shifts available:

• Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Debt Collections: 2 years (Preferred)
• Debt Settlement: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
