As a Senior Consultant within Crowe's Operational Transaction Advisory (OTA) group, you'll help lead our clients through the analysis, planning, and execution of complex Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation, dispute resolution consulting, and forensic investigation services AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. The AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for various industries, from financial institutions to manufacturing.

Deals - M&A Operational Advisory - Post-Merger Integration
Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant within Crowe's Operational Transaction Advisory (OTA) group, you'll help lead our clients through the analysis, planning, and execution of complex Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). We support both the due diligence process and the planning and execution of post-close strategies.
Essential skills & responsibilities:
- Great candidates for this unique position will have the desire and ability to:
- Work with Private Equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute M&A deals
- Design and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) for large and distributed (geographically and functionally) project teams across a variety of complex initiatives
- Work in a client-facing role, engaging with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions and execute deal strategy
- Communicate professionally, including the creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers
- Deliver in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US, and possibly internationally
- The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. This person will have significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful. Advanced analysis and written and verbal communication skills are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of total relevant experience in M&A lifecycle (due diligence and integration / carve-outs), including prior roles in areas such as PMI, M&A / Corporate Development, corporate strategy or program management
- Functional expertise in one or more non-IT areas: e.g., Operations, Sales, HR, or Finance
- Demonstrated Project Management technical skills, with displayed excellence in managing complex cross-functional programs
- Willingness to travel extensively, 50% to 65% at times; most work occurs at client site
- Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives
- The ideal candidate will be based in Chicago, New York, or Atlanta, but other locations will be considered
