Dealership Porter

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve various tasks such as valet parking, guest services, and delivery driving. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a strong hospitality background. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide valet parking services for guests - Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including lobbies, restrooms, and common areas - Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs - Assist with deliveries and ensure timely and accurate distribution of packages - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred - Basic math skills for cash register operations (if applicable) - Bilingual proficiency is a plus Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.
