SalaryBill Luke Preowned Superstore in Marana is Now Hiring an Automotive Part Time Receptionist! If you are a stay at home mom, currently working Part Time, or a retiree this is the perfect position for you!
This is a Great Group and Growing Opportunity, and has a professional development and career path. As the evening receptionist, you will be the main point of contact. This position is for a customer forward and savvy facing individual. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service skill set. Dealership experience a plus but not required.
Pay: $15-$16hr DOE
Schedule: Saturday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM (Availability to cover shifts during the week as needed)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients and visitors
- Answer phones and direct clients to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- Handle client questions diplomatically and refer to the appropriate manager for resolution if needed.
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time our clients spend on hold
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting clients, employees, and vendors efficiently
Qualifications:
- Able to multitask in a very busy environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Previous dealership experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
- Previous office and/or accounting experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, proficient in Word/Excel) preferred
- Cash handling experience
- Available to work other shifts in the event of an urgent matter is desirable
- Polished, professional, personal appearance. No visible tattoos
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record preferred
- Must be 18 and over
