As the JG Title Specialist, you will work inside a dealership to provide timely processing of vehicle titles and registration. Job description:

• Process vehicle title paperwork in compliance with state regulations and dealership policies
• Verify the accuracy of all documents, including bills of sale, loan documents, trade-in documentation, repossession forms, and state-based records
• Liaise with customers, lenders, and the DMV to ensure seamless title transfers and registrations
• Maintain meticulous records of all transaction and paperwork, both physical and digital
• Stay up-to-date with changing state and federal regulations related to vehicle titling.
• The ability to work well with others and perform all tasks that are assigned
• Maintains daily data entry daily in various computer systems
• Actively research outstanding issues, and find timely solutions
• Coordinate documentation for repossessed vehicles, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded and filed
• Manage the administrative tasks associated with term vehicles, including contract extensions and end-of-term procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and update records accordingly
• Provides excellent customer service by utilizing county contacts to assist with vehicle inspections within the region
• Accept and process payments and refunds through E-processing system
• Verify with insurance companies for verification of coverage on leased vehicles

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive or financial sector
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with DMV regulations and titling processes
• Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and recording keeping
• An awesome attitude and impeccable interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently in a team setting
• Excellent customer service
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.92 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
