Mount Airy's highly anticipated Dealer School is back! Our comprehensive five-week course offers immersive, hands-on training at absolutely no cost to you. Led by experienced instructors, the program begins with blackjack and guides you through the exciting world of gaming. Upon joining the Mount Airy Team, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your skills in various games through our internal classes.
Our classes offer flexible scheduling options, but consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. To be eligible for certification, the state requires completion of 100 hours of instruction, ensuring that you receive thorough training.

We offer: Day Shifts, Graveyard Shifts, and Swing Shifts.
After the Course:
- Successful completion of the 5-week course necessitates passing a live audition.
- Working as a dealer in Pennsylvania mandates holding a gaming license.
- Upon certification and licensing, applicants may receive part-time (or 'on-call') dealer job offers.
- Starting pay: $4.75/hour + tokes, with potential earnings averaging up to $24 -$28 including tips.
- Part-time schedules typically entail 3 days per week, with potential for additional shifts during holiday weeks."

After the Course:
- After successfully completing the 5 week course, you must pass a live audition.
- To work as a dealer in the state of PA you’re required to have a gaming license.
- Upon certification and licensing, applicants may be offered a part time (or “on call”) dealer job.
- Starting pay is $4.75/hour + tokes, but typically can make up to $24 including tips.
- Part timers will be scheduled 3 days per week on a normal week, holiday weeks may be more.
