Our sustainable business focuses on diverting Office Furniture from the landfill by giving likeminded individuals an opportunity to purchase repurposed furniture assets. For the past 20 years, we have performed thousands of furniture installations nationwide.
TheDealer Sales Managerposition at Office Furniture Center is perfect for an individual passionate about Commercial Office Furniture and office design. A successful candidate must be experienced in interior design, account management, retail sales, customer service, be willing to learn, and possess an outgoing personality for project and product presentation.
Role Responsibilities:
· Primary point of contact for our network of dealer partners to reach out to for product recommendations, presentations, information, quotes & customer service requests.
· Actively promote our in-stock inventory of pre-owned and refurbished Office Furniture to dealers
· Actively promote our incoming inventories from job-sites to dealers to help flip product not intended to be brought back to our warehouse.
· Audit our dealer specific product websites to make sure best product is posted to these sites
· Create quotes & sales orders in CRM system and provide deposit and final invoices to dealers to collect payment
· Travel to visit dealers in Midwest to help promote Office Furniture when necessary
· Actively search for new dealers to add to network and create meaningful and lasting relationships
· Convert leads into lifelong clients by communicating the friendly and helpful Office Furniture Center voice. That also means you’re able to deliver timely follow-up, provide quality service, and ensure client satisfaction!
Desired Qualifications:
· A salesperson with 2+ experience in retail, commercial real estates, interior design, furniture sales, or relevant experience.
· Degree in a Business, Interior Design, Architecture or similar field a plus.
· Strong follow-up and closing skills are a must.
