Position Overview:
The Deal Desk Analyst will report to the Sales Operations Manager. In this role you will help manage our sales contract processes, partnering with Sales Leadership, Finance, Legal, and the rest of the Sales Enablement team to ensure that all contracts are accurately and promptly loaded into our CRM.
LightBox is building its core go-to-market infrastructure around Salesforce and is rolling out a new instance to cover the entire business. LightBox was formed through eight acquisitions and is building a connected commercial real estate (CRE) data company. LightBox currently has over 10,000 existing customers today from a diverse set of segments, including CRE Brokers, Banks, Environmental Engineers, Insurers, and tech companies.What you will do and achieve:

The Deal Desk Analyst is instrumental in driving LightBox's ability to scale. In this role, you will:
- Partner with Senior Sales Leadership, the Sales Community and other internal stakeholders as a trusted adviser capacity
- Review all Closed Deals/Opportunities in Salesforce for adherence to corporate governance of Business, Legal & Finance Rules (Quotes, Products, Cases, Renewals, T&Cs, Billing, Revenue Recognition, etc.).
- Validate that all internal sales processes are adhered to.
- Review each Opportunity/Deal created outside of Salesforce for Business/Legal/Finance Reviews and Approvals before being released to the Account
- Proactively works with functional business stakeholders to define and design reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Identify patterns and areas to drive better process adherence, better data quality, operating efficiencies, and improve sales productivity
- Monitor the Sales Support Zoom channel to provide general assistance and advice on common deal questions and Quote to Cash process questions
- Monitor the Sales Support case queue in Salesforce, consistently maintaining case SLAs
- Partner with Field Sales to accelerate quoting process through operational efficiencies and training calls
- Collaborate with impacted parties to identify solutions for common Quote to Cash errors
- Personal Growth / Projects
- Focus on Quote to Cash process automation and improvement, broader Field Operations projects, and working with cross functional teams at Lightbox
Education
- College degree preferred but not required
- Demonstrated familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry - Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance Operations, Sales Operations or Pricing experience preferred
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ
- B2B SaaS companies
- Ability to work independently, effectively operate, and influence in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to develop user training materials and partner with users across the company
- Organized and excellent documentation skills
- Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback
- Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End or Quarter
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage tasks

- Strong oral and written communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization and external partners
