Deal Clerk

JOB SUMMARY
Monumental Ford is looking for an experienced Deal Clerk to join our team in Darien, GA. The Deal Clerk ensures accuracy and compliance with all finance and accounting regulatory requirements regarding vehicle sales. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong attention to detail. The position pays between $15 - $17/hour and is paid semimonthly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Enter, review, and process all new and used vehicle sales
-Maintain an up-to-date filing system for all vehicle related documents
-Manage contracts and paperwork required for the financing of vehicle sales
-Ensure Accuracy and compliance with all finance and accounting regulatory requirements
-Maintain databases with up-to-date inventory and document information
-Provide customer service as needed
REQUIREMENTS
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience
-Knowledge of the local laws and regulations of automobile sales
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
-Proficiency with MS Office applications
