```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Supervise and engage children in various activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational exercises - Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues using effective behavior management techniques - Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the children ```Requirements``` - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - First Aid certification is preferred - Experience in special education or working with children with special needs is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
