SalaryLife Steps is a service provider agency for intellectually and developmentally disabled (I/DD) adults.
We are looking for a bright enthusiastic Program Aide to assist with escorts of clients from within the center. Provide personal care and assistance. Assist individuals in the pursuit of recreational, social and community activities based on their preference and individual plans. Also provide transportation to and from activities with agency vehicle.
Assist with meal services/ distribution. Must be thoughtful of others, gentle, courteous, patient, friendly and loves to have a great time while working. Great opportunities and benefits to grow within the company.
This position is Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Qualifications
- Must have a car, valid New Jersey driver's license, registration and insurance.
- Successfully complete on boarding documents.
- High School Diploma
