Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to understand both oral and written instructions.
- A proactive attitude, willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
Job Duties:
- Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch points.
- Perform detailed dusting, scrubbing, and polishing tasks.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
- Manage supply and inventory restocking.
- Efficiently handle trash and recycling disposal.
- Maintain floors through vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing.
- Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
- Maintain windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Physical Demands:
- Regular walking and standing.
- Climbing, bending, and reaching.
- Use of hip/backpack vacuum.
- Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, occasionally over the shoulder.
- Frequent bending and arm movements.
