Day-of-Wedding Assistant

Pay Rate - $14.00/hour

Shift: Part-Time, varies depending on event schedule including Saturdays (Closed Sundays)

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance and detailed personal attention to wedding parties and receptions.
• Meet deadlines, ensure events run smoothly, and make certain clients are happy and taken care of

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in wedding or event management/coordination experience is preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Professional demeanor in dress, speech, and mannerisms
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines and satisfy clients
• Confidence with decision-making, working independently, and problem-solving
• Manage time effectively
• Perform daily miracles
• High School Diploma
• Pass a background check
