```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and monitoring dietary restrictions
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in children
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care for toddlers and young children
- Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations is a plus
- A passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education is a plus

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
