Job description

As a Database Manager at Carolina One Real Estate, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing our client database to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer service. This position entails a combination of outbound calling to individuals interested in real estate services and administrative tasks related to database management.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Outbound Calling (80%):**
- Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in real estate services, including those who have reached out for more information.
- Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant information about properties and services offered by our brokerage.
- Effectively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and update client information in the database accurately.

2. **Database Administration (20%):**
- Perform administrative duties related to database management, including but not limited to organizing client information, updating records, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Drop notes to remind realtors to follow up with leads in the database, encouraging timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in database management practices and strategies.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into database performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in database management software or CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
