Position Summary:
As a Database Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, to ensure efficient and effective database operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database concepts, excellent programming skills, and a passion for creating data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in computer science, data science, or a related field is required. 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience: 3 - 5 Years ; Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Education: Bachelors
Preferred Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server), including database design principles and data modeling concepts. Proficiency in SQL programming and database optimization. Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus!

Position Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable database systems to meet the company's data storage and retrieval needs.
- Collaborate with team members to understand database requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Write efficient and optimized database queries, stored procedures, and functions to support application development and data retrieval.
- Perform database tuning and optimization to enhance system performance and ensure high availability of data.
- Implement data security measures and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Monitor database systems to identify and resolve performance issues, data inconsistencies, and other database-related problems
- Create and maintain database documentation, including data models, schema diagrams, and data dictionaries.
- Stay up to date with the latest database technologies and trends and evaluate their applicability to the company's database environment
- Collaborate with system administrators to ensure seamless integration between database systems and other infrastructure components
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
