As a
Database Analyst 1, you will design, implement, and maintain operational and reporting database systems. You will be responsible for learning and training as it relates to the higher level database development and administration roles.
Manage master data in the transactional and data warehouse (DWH) systems. Manage users and user roles. Provide technical support related to database applications, data extraction, and reporting, as well as general software inquiries. Investigate, troubleshoot, and correct data and user related system errors, and ensure data integrity. Translate stakeholder requirements from formal requirements document into database design. Work with application development staff to develop database process to support the overall application data access layer. Develop data Extract for report and DWH request. Utilize change control and testing process for all database changes and ensure all changes are properly tested.
For this role, you will need to have an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, 1 year of experience with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, previous experience in handling large data set and relational databases. We would prefer for you to have 2 years of experience with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, previous experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and PL/SQL coding such as writing stored procedure, packages, functions, triggers, views, etc., previous experience with Jira or other Service Management software.
