Detailed Description:

Our ideal candidate will proactively partner with the Program Leads, Project Analysts, Project Managers and other members of the project team to help manage the data and analytics of projects from start to finish.

  • Project Delivery: Work with Program Leads and Project Managers to develop new ways of effectively managing program data.  
  • Deliverable Tracking: Work with multiple teams to build solutions which allow teams to better manage and track client deliverables.
  • Internal Data Metrics: Assist program leads and project managers by combining data from various sources to facilitate better forecasting and reporting.
  • External Data Metrics: Assist program leads and project managers by combining data from various sources to facilitate timely status updates.
  • Field Applications: Work closely with field teams to build solutions to better capture and utilize field data.
  • General Project Plan: Leverage data provided by clients and BC teams to discover new and creative solutions. The goal is to allow teams to become more efficient by developing innovative ideas.
  • Team Effectiveness: Build relationships with a large, diverse team in order to lead on solutions.
  • Time management: Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments, prioritizing as deadlines and needs change.
  • Data management: Work with both SQL and Access to track the status and due date of deliverables. Reports will be customized based on the needs of the project team. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum two years of related experience in managing data with large teams in a fast-paced business environment.  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required. 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Power Point, MS Project, and Access skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL.
  • Web development experience required, experience with PHP preferred.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, able to multi-task, prioritize, work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • Successful candidate will be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize required.
  • Willing to work occasional overtime.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Location A: $51,000- $69,000
