We are seeking a Data SME with Army experience for a long-term remote contract.
*** All candidates must be Clearance eligible
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in Collaborative Work Environment:
Engage with customers, business analysts, functional SMEs, system testers, and end-users.
Function in a fast-paced, agile environment to ensure that all stakeholders' needs and inputs are addressed.
Design, Documentation, and Implementation:
Participate in the design and documentation process for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
Assist in the implementation activities to ensure successful deployment of these systems.
Backlog Refinement:
Support sessions to refine and estimate work items.
Contribute to a shared understanding of tasks from functional, technical, and user perspectives.
Prioritization and Development:
Work with Product Ownership and Business Stakeholders to prioritize tasks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and the product development team during the development cycle.
Qualifications:
- Knows army payroll and how entitlements work
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience.
- Have a deep understanding of Army HR, pay, and/or financial business processes.
- Experience with existing Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems.
- DoD Secret clearance eligible
- Must have SAFe - Agilist certification within 90 days of start date
