Job Description:

As a Data Scientist/Python Developer at Klout Kast, you will be pivotal in enhancing our platform's AI/ML capabilities. You'll focus on developing sophisticated algorithms and data-driven solutions to personalize user experiences and optimize platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI/ML models to improve user experience, including personalized recommendations and predictive analytics.
  
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
  
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI/ML models into the platform.
  
• Continuously research and apply the latest techniques in machine learning and Data Science.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Python and its Data Science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  
• Solid experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
  
• Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and algorithms.
  
• Experience with big data technologies and tools.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for deploying ML models.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and computer vision.
  
• Knowledge of front-end technologies for visualization of data (e.g., JavaScript, D3.js).
  
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
