Job Description

 

At Resultant we are fearless problem solvers.  We are passionate about helping our clients solve their toughest problems.  Data analytics is a core component of how we do this. 

We are looking for a Data Science Intern to add to our talented Data team for the summer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various industries, working on diverse and challenging projects. You will contribute to solving complex problems, applying data-driven insights, and enhancing your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and/or R.
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (pandas, dplyr).
• Basic understanding of experiment design, statistical modeling, and analysis. 
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Previous internship or project experience in Data Science or analytics.
