Form of work*TEKsystems is looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to support one of the local Healthcare companies here in Hawaii!*This is a 6-month, contract-to-hire position. This position will operate on Hawaii Standard Time (HST), working closely with clients located in Hawaii, and collaborating with team members in Hawaii as well. *Responsibilities:*• Organize, analyze, interpret, and validate data to meet client-specific needs.• Maintain a deep understanding of data structures and business/program needs.
This role works closely with other team members within the organization and partner agencies to provide meaningful and actionable data. • Generate reports that include, but are not limited to, claims data, diagnosis codes, evaluation and management codes, client program specific data, financial data, hospital data, primary care data, and insurance data.*Job Duties:** Build complex SQL queries from scratch. * Design and create dashboards.* Collaborates with key team members, clients and partners to clearly understand data needs and the application of the data* Writes, runs, updates, and validates report SQL queries, dashboards, performance metrics, and other data needs* Provides recommendations on process improvements in a productive, professional, and collaborative manner* Translates stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables* Creates end user-friendly data visualizations to clearly, appropriately, and accurately display information and communicate findings* Maintains and helps create supportive documentation to track, monitor, evaluate, and validate all data-related activities* Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure appropriate quality assurance of all data * Problem solves to identify the reasons for data discrepancies or any issues and communicate findings to stakeholders*Relevant Qualifications *•Desire to work in a fast-paced and changing environment•Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and conceptual skills•Demonstrates skills in abstracting and data visualizations to meet client requirements•Ability to work collaboratively within and across departments•Excellent written and verbal communications skills•3+ years in computer database management, reporting with proficiency in SQL, either SSRS, or SSIS, and Excel, Power Pivot•Experience with BI Tools, such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI•Demonstrates skills in abstracting and data visualizations to meet client requirements•Detail oriented•Highly collaborative•Able to work independently with minimal input when needed*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*healthcare experience is a plus*Experience Level:*Intermediate LevelPlease apply if you are interested in this incredible opportunity!
