Builders Tradesmen Insurance Services (BTIS) is nationwide insurance wholesaler focused on servicing Enterprises of all sizes with commercial insurance products.
BTIS is currently hiring Processor II with reception experience, and we would love to have you join our team!
The primary responsibilities of the receptionist/Processor are to answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate associates as well as processing agent requests loss runs.
About the Role:
- Heavy Data Entry
- Oversee all states’ surplus lines filings
- Ensure all data entered is correct and compliant within state guidelines
- Document & maintain all state procedures
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and desk management skills
- Detail oriented to complete tasks accurately
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
What we look for:
- High school graduate or equivalent education.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to receive and make calls with confidence.
- Strong organizational and desk management skills.
- Ability to be a team player collaborating with customers and others within the organization.
- Detail oriented to complete tasks accurately.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and comfortable learning new software.

Compensation range for position: $17- $19 an hour depending on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
