Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Data Processor is responsible for ensuring the schedule for monitoring is accurate.
  • They must have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for each regulation that applies to each site managed and ensures that compliance is met weekly and monthly.
  • The Data Processor will generate monthly and semi-annual reports that are submitted to clients and agencies.
  • They are also responsible for making changes to the databases that are being managed.
  • They will attend weekly group meetings, as well as monthly meetings with project managers to ensure all monitoring has been completed.
  • The Data Processor will also work with clients and project managers on special projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma required, prefer Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience not necessary, but it is preferred to have a basic understanding of LDAR
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office products
  • Highly computer literate
  • Client Service oriented and deadline driven
  • Detail oriented
  • Must pass a rigorous background check and drug test.

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have effective and clear communication skills
  • Knowledge of LDAR databases is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of air regulations (both state and federal)

Other Miscellaneous Qualities:

  • Must be organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow directions
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must be able to learn quickly
