TEKsystems has a need for a Data Optimization Analyst. This role is building reports using PowerBI around software that supports a Fleet & Procurement Operations team within the Supply Chain Optimization department. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Fleet System/Data Optimization Analyst will provide valuable support to the fleet team, focusing on data auditing, reporting, developing Power BI reports, technical Fleetwave system support, and support to our overall Fleet & Procurement Operations team.
What you will do:
• Collaborate closely with the fleet team to support their operational needs and enhance overall fleet performance.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Fleetwave, our fleet system, to ensure accurate sourcing of data.
• Support and handle Fleetwave tickets from our Service Now platform.
• Conduct thorough data auditing to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across fleet-related data.
• Generate comprehensive reports and meaningful insights using advanced data analysis techniques.
• Develop visually appealing Power BI reports that effectively communicate fleet metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing expertise in data analysis and fleet optimization.
• Support the Fleet & Procurement Operations team by assisting with reporting and other operational requirements.
• Work efficiently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and priorities.
