We are seeking an experienced Data Masking/ Obfuscation Specialist with ETL Developer expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Data Masking and obfuscation techniques to ensure data security and privacy. Additionally, you will leverage your ETL development skills to design, develop, and maintain data integration processes for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Data Masking and data obfuscation techniques to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Data Masking routines associated with the creation and maintenance of obfuscated datasets for development of data warehouse and other database related solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for test data sets
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding Data Masking ETL processes, including data mappings, masking mechanisms, workflows, and data refresh schedules.
- Ensure that all refresh processes are performed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve related issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
- Stay up-to-date with the Data Masking/obfuscation technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Information Privacy and Security leadership to ensure that Data Masking processes and functionality meet organizational standards.

Requirements:
- • 3+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
- • Experience with Data Masking and data obfuscation techniques.
- • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- • Proficient in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
- • Experience using one or more of the following (or similar tools): Microsoft SQL Server Data Masking, IBM Optim, Oracle – Data Masking and Subsetting, Informatica Persistent Data Masking
- • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
